A key community-based role, ensuring third sector participation in the Health, Social Care and Well-Being agenda at a local and regional level.
Developing and supporting relationships with community organisations and health care providers through information exchange and joint initiatives.
Salary: SCP 28 – 32 £28,635 - £32,675 pa pro rata (Actual Salary £23,217 - £26,493 pa)
Hours: 30 hours per week (work pattern to be agreed)
Location: Caerphilly
Funded by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (initially until 31st March 2027)
