Eden Project Communities are hosting a network event for people linked to community groups, projects and ideas, or those working with the South Wales community.
The event in person event on the 28th November will be ran at The Place in the city centre is open to community groups, organisers and projects to come together, while also providing an opportunity to link with some of the wider organisations who are there to support your venture to grow, such as local authorities, funding bodies, voluntary councils and charities including ourselves from GAVO.
This event will be an opportunity to make and sustain local relationships across different levels of community work; connect on a human level, exchange ideas, ask questions, gain new ways of working and find support or information for your group/project. We’ll be joined by organisations from across Newport and the wider Southeast of Wales, whether you’re already running a project, or are interested in some new ideas, or even just finding out about what’s happening near you, you’ll be sure to find it here.
